Job Opening - Secretary to the Ambassador

Duty Location : Jakarta

Serves on a Full Time basis as a Secretary to the Ambassador of Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide administrative support functions related to various activities of the Ambassador.
*Maintain program calendars to the Ambassador, make appointments, and arrange meetings.
*Answer telephone, screen/take messages, give information to caller or route call to appropriate person.
*Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
*Assist with travel arrangements.
*Type documentation (i.e. letters, memorandums and reports)

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
*At least 3 years of secretarial/administrative support experience.
*Strong organizational skill is a must.
*A university/college degree or secretarial training resulting in an associates degree or equivalent.
*Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously and be detail-oriented.
*Superior in English (verbal and written communication skills) with proven ability in writing professional correspondence.
*Experience with answering multiple phone lines.
*Ideal candidate must be well organized, flexible and able to work with autonomy and discretion.
